Guangxi aiBest factory has 20 lean assembly lines with a monthly capacity exceeding 1 million units. Standard gaming headsets take 4 months from sample approval to mass production; TWS+ANC projects take about 5–6 months. Phase II expansion is underway to boost capacity.

We are certified with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and perform 100% inspections on key processes (SMT, wiring, acoustic testing, final inspection). Mold tolerances are tightly controlled within ±0.05mm, with defect rates below 0.3%.
